Here are some great sports to partake in as extra workouts:
Swimming is a great way to be active, whether you swim competitively or just for fun, there
is plenty of fun to be had in the pool.
Tennis is playable in any season if you have indoor courts near you. However, it's great to
play outdoors also.
Rugby, much like Football is a sport is enjoyed by many.
Soccer is a great physical activity to partake in and is an equally renowned.
Riding your bike is a great workout and can help you travel quicker as well.
Ultimate Frisbee is for those who to take Frisbee to the next level. This is a non-stop
movement sport, but it's still a fun sport if you know how to play it.
Kind of an extreme sport and definitely not for the faint of heart. However, if you live for
adventure and thrill then maybe climbing a mountain of a low or high peak is exactly what you
want to do. Or maybe you like to do indoor or outdoor rock climbing which can still be just as
fun.
Kayaking, again, for those that love adventure. However, don't let that stop you if you want to
try it.
Volleyball plus the beach. A fun summer sport or an intense competitive sport that requires good
focus and teamwork.
Challenge your friends and family with diving competitions, a great way to cool down on a hot
summer day. Unless, of course you happen to play on a team then good luck diving!
